Our Radio Team

From the early days Soul On Wax has had involvement with local radio stations. The Soul Show has appeared in various formats over the years. Soul On Wax first teamed up with Canalside Radio and local radio presenter Tony Maddox and started running soul radio shows about ten years ago.

In its current format "The Thursday Night Soul Show" has a popular following among Soul On Wax fans. The show broadcasts every Thursday night from 8 pm until 10 pm. We have now teamed up with Phonic FM a local Radio Station based in Exeter, to bring you two hours of non-stop soul music. 

Phonic FM, introduced DAB + in 2024 making it easy to find the show on your smart speaker, TV or phone.

The live show is hosted by presenter Tom Yule, with Nick Munnings and Dean Carr running the shows, chat link, which can be found on the group's, Facebook page.

Canalside Radio has now moved the show to a Monday night with Tony still presenting the show.
